What we will need:
Final mixes should be delivered as a .WAV file leaving between -3 and -6dB of headroom. This allows us the necessary room for mastering. Don’t worry about making it loud, we can take care of that. To get the output to be between -3 and -6 you may have to lower the levels on all your tracks equally.
Include a final song sequence for albums (if that is undecided please indicate that).
Submit any notes you have or reference tracks you want us to keep in mind.

What you will receive:
Your master will be delivered as a final .Wav file. Once the main pass is approved we will print any additional passes purchased.
DDP uploads are available upon request ($50 per upload). We will need your final sequences along with corresponding IRSC numbers.
We recommend listening to the song on multiple familiar systems and environments before approving a master. If you have revisions we request they are submitted within 48 hours after the first version is delivered (per song). Arrangements may be made to extend the time if requested. We ask you let us know within 24 hours of receiving the files if you will need more review time.
All revisions should be submitted in writing and consolidated into one email for each round. Changes mentioned in the initial notes will be made at no additional charge. We will include a second round of changes provided we are addressing issues from the first round. Additional revisions can be done upon request at the rate of $50 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Once work has begun if there is a need to change the files in any way an additional fee may apply. Significant changes to the files may result in a full recharge of the service. This can be discussed on a case by case basis before work will continue.
We require engineers and assistants are properly credited in physical and digital format.
Master credit should read Mastered by Ricardo Gutierrez for Create Major, Inc.
We will inform you if there is additional credit needed for any assistant engineer(s).
Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the specific scope of work and terms and may not apply to future or altered situations. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
All sessions are booked once invoice has been paid in full and the files are received to spec.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The invoice will include a link to process payment online. By default all invoices will include a 3.4% merchant service fee for electronic processing (credit/debit card). If you prefer to pay via ACH, Check, Zelle or QuickPay please let us know and we will adjust the invoice accordingly and provide you with information necessary to proceed with your preferred payment method.
